1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns
Since DigiMart only sells digital products (such as eBooks, guides, printables, journals, planners, AI tools, software, apps, and fonts), there are no physical items to return. All purchases are delivered via instant download or email.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because of the instant-access nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake (duplicate order).
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
- The file is corrupted or not accessible, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Claiming the product is not what you expected (please read descriptions carefully before buying).
- Inability to use the product due to lack of required software/hardware (e.g., fonts, apps, Procreate brushes).
- Products already downloaded and accessed successfully.
